Over the past year or so I had multiple sketchbooks, but my favorite one was a digital sketchbook I kept on a tablet. It got me out of my comfort zone, rather than finishing every digital artwork, I had to sketch them out and leave them as ideas. Practicing digitally helped me create more physical artwork. I started to oil paint and draw with charcoals a lot more. I let myself explore other mediums I normally wouldn’t have.
